  1. I am looking to get these Sweet Potatos “superfood” into my weekly diet. The problem with me and potatoes is i dislike cleaning and cooking them. I am always looking for frozen but rarely ever see them and if i do they are full of junk. I happen to come across your product at Whole Foods and i was like hmmmmmm??? Are these for baking or can i heat them up right away? Can you please let me know if they are pre-steamed or something? If so i am looking to stack up on these. What about your canning…i am always hearing all these things about canned foods leak metals into foods, this true? Coupons?

    Thank you for your time,

      Hi Nicholas,

Our purees are blanched and pasteurized. They are ready to heat and eat. Farmer’s Market is a family-owned farmer and food processor in Corvallis, Oregon. We are able to freshly puree our foods within hours of harvest. We just incorporated BPA-Free liners in all of our cans.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

      Warm wishes,

      The Farmer’s Market Family
